30 Day Challenge: Day 25

It was shield maiden training tonight!
I got some new drills to increase my strength. My goal is to work up to the larger shields you see behind me. We also talked about little habit changes help create habits that lead to life goal success. It has motivated me to retry the daily exercise with a slightly easier daily goal.
