Summer Office Conversations

I'm back! Still feeling jet legged but settling in. Life is good especially at the church. I've enjoyed getting to know my summer student. She's picked up communicating with me quickly especially when I was sick and having trouble focusing also this week dealing with my jet leg. It's been fun...for example: Yesterday's Conversation: Summer Student: "It's okay I know what I'm doing" Me: "Good, I'll let you handle it because I'm pretty clueless." Summer Student: "I've noticed" Today's Conversation: Me: "How did my search for Rahab lead to a Rainbow Bright colouring page?" Summer Student: "What's Rainbow Bright?" Me: "Um, a cartoon from the 80s" Summer Student: "Wow you're old"
