Outside my window...my parents snowy backyard.

I am thinking...about the good time I've had at home.

I am thankful for...my family.

From the kitchen...Mum cooked very festive meals all week; it is good being home.

I am wearing...new jeans with a black tee.

I am creating...last night I created a shortbread house (no one here eats gingerbread) house. It kinda worked -but tasted good.

I am going...back to Nova Scotia this afternoon.

I am reading...Fiction on Fire.

I am hoping...that the flight is short and sweet and all my luggage arrive with me.

I am hearing...my family talking.

Around the house...It's been festively full; we've been Christmas-ing all week from tree trimming to cookie making.
