30 Days of Hair -Day 5: Doughnut Bun with Sprinkles
All week I was excited to do something hair special for Donut Day! Then Wednesday Ginny Di shared a new tutorial on making the candy hair pins. She's making them for a Vanellope von Schweetz cosplay but I thought they'd be prefect sprinkles for a doughnut bun.
With Michael's open again I picked up supplies yesterday and made the sprinkles last night. I think I could have made them a bit smaller but that they are cute. Using the hair doughnut was a challenge today. I think I could make a smoother looking bun with more practice. I also wonder if a bigger size would have worked better. Still it was fun and I'm happy with the silly look.
