Day 17: Flowers, Practices, and a Novel Update

This is going to be another short post:

1) I'll be picking up flowers on my way home tonight for the daily 20/20 Home Cure task.
2) Tonight was the first practice for this year's children's Christmas play. Five children showed up...the play had 20 roles. I'm trying to be positive but if we don't have more children it just can't happen.
3) I'm not enjoying writing my story this year. I think it is because I thought out so much before hand that nothing is surprising and the writing feels too serious. So, last night I added a sword that made people vanish when stabbed. If you have a crazy suggestion I'd like to add it to my story, just leave a comment.

that is so funny about the sword liz. perhaps i am over-tired. :)

i'm too tired to write tonight...not even 9 and i am headed to bed!

perhaps maxwell could appear in your story through time travel. i sure will miss his daily videos after this week. (and i would never spend that much on flowers! yikes)

The first thing that came to my mind was a toilet that when flushed sucked you into another realm. But that might be too big of a plot bump, haha. I admire your ability to write fiction, I don't think I could ever do it!

Jess, I'm going to miss the videos too. At least they'll be back in six months or so for the next home cure challenge. I bought roses yesterday...but the 50% off ones because they were old and I still thought they were too much.

Jen, I love the toilet sucking idea. It would totally change the direction of my story. I am not sure I could take that big of a twist. The the suggestion is too much fun.
