A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words 
Time: 15 min

Use the picture below to inspire your warm-up writing. Set a timer for 15 minutes and write. Tell the story of what is happening in the image. For an added challenge try and write it as a short story in 1000 words.

This is the second challenge I've done trying to use my last nano characters, in attempt to get back in their heads to keep writing my still unfinished nano novel. I'm not sure I'm remembering them well, but I'm having fun with them :)

I went for the thousand, but blew through the 15. That's a pretty steady pace to keep.
