It's the penultimate (second to last) makeup look of May's Mythical Makeup. Welcome to day is 14. It was inspired by one of the two remaining mythical creatures below. The crown might have given it away. Creatures that have been already been used as makeup inspirations are grayed out to make your guessing easier.
